| 1985 waren es einige Freunde des Dürkopp-Diana-Motorrollers leid, in der
"Welt herumzugondeln", um nach Ersatzteilen und anderem Zubehör zu
suchen. Es wurde die die Dürkopp-Diana I.G. Deutschland ins Leben gerufen.
Die Hauptaufgabe bestand anfangs darin, Anschriften von gleichgesinnten Diana-Roller-Besitzern zu finden. Schnell entwickelte sich ein harter Kern. Inzwischen liegen Anschriften von ca. 130 Dürkopp-Diana-Besitzern vor. |
It was 1985. Some friends of the
Durkopp Diana didn't want to drive alone with their scooters to look for
spare parts and other accessories. They founded the Durkopp Diana Interest
Group of Germany.
At the beginning the main task was gathering the addresses of other Durkopp Diana owners. The core group of Durkopp Diana enthusiats was rapidly growing and until today the address list contains more than 130 contacts all over the world. |

1986 fand auch das erste Dürkopp-Diana-Treffen statt - und zwar in Bad Lippspringe. Ganze sieben Diana-Roller fanden sich ein. Im zweiten Jahr waren es schon 12 Roller und im dritten Jahr schon 17 Roller, die sich in Bad Lippspringe ein Stelldichein gaben.
